Has anyone ever done business with Zappos.com? Done returns, etc.? I'm considering a pretty big purchase and my husband wants I want to be sure they're honest.

That'll teach me to be courteous and run things by my husband before I do them.

I'm going to sound like a commercial here, but, I've had nothing but positive experiences with them.

shipping is fast. they pay for return shipping if the shoes dont fit, you odn't like the color, or the planets are improperly aligned, etc, so i have often had multiple pairs sent in, and return everything but the one I want. If you return a pair and telll them to send another one instead, they don't even wait til they get the return before sending the new pair.

I introduced my mom to them when she was looking for shoes for my wedding and she's hooked now, too.

I have bought several pairs of shoes and have only the best of things to say about them. shipping is speedy, return is free and super easy, and they are incredibly fast at responding to emails. A+. :)

we've bought Nana shoes from there because they're the only place with super-wide shoes and we've never had a problem with returns at all. So, I would say go ahead (:
