Nope, not dead yet.
Jun. 27th, 2004 01:01 pmBeen busy as hell. Hosed my arms last week. Boy howdy did I.
Last Thursday I got ahead on class prep for this week; I have none to do for tomorrow! Yay!
Bought new black shoes for teaching. As soon as I replace those goddamn brown Munro oxfords with the goddamn stacked heels (bought in a year when NO ONE was offering flats, damn them all to hell), they are going either to Goodwill or into an industrial strength blender.
Joined a friend's garage sale yesterday. Three grocery bags and most of a file box of stuff either sold or sent to Goodwill when it didn't sell, and I ended up with $28.50 for my trouble. Yay for the alternative economy.
Goals for today: couple loads of laundry, half an hour of class prep for later in the week, yoga, maybe more shoe shopping.

Isn't it funny how nothing quite happens the way you think it will?
Got none of my earlier goals accomplished, because I rethought them and decided on others. So I read, cleaned the tub a bit, went to Costco for Advil and vitamins, and went grocery shopping with Hardi. We have food in the house, yay! I'm brown bagging tomorrow.
