May. 26th, 2004 10:35 amWhen I actually remember to use the To Do list in my planner, and I actually stick to it, and I don't fuck up and spend all day reading random crap on the net...
I get a lot of stuff done! Yay me.
But I gotta lay off the keyboard. More yoga. Did I mention I'm doing yoga again?
*poing*

Date: 2004-05-26 05:14 pm (UTC)no?
okay. find a yoga teacher with some kind of training in physical therapy (like mine does) or sports medicine, or even just one with a lot of experience in working with injured people. the teacher can help you modify poses so that you can get stronger without hurting yourself. do not try to do this in a regular yoga class, because your average teacher will not have time to spare on one student to the exclusion of other students.
a lady i met at the SF RSI support group recommended a teacher named tony sanchez. he's at sf yoga studio. he might be able to recommend someone in the east bay.
