indeed. I think he felt that we were ganging up on him, though - but honestly, he did not have to be so aggressive about his convictions. why is it so difficult for people to discuss things without screaming and calling names? (bah, look who's talking)
well, i can understand how he might have felt that way--but all he had to do was say, "hey! you're ganging up on me here. could we have a little respect, please?"

i keep wondering if the fact that he was home schooled has anything to do with it. not that home schooling is bad--just that you might not get as much contact with peers, and the social skills might end up not so developed.
