What's up with LJ's clock? The local time field on the Update page is correct now, but I've been noticing for days now that the timestamps on most of my posts have been totally completely wrong.
See, Live Journal uses a very special formula to decide what time will be displayed on your posts and comments. First, they take the real time, then they recruit a squadron of fairies to each fly a gold coin out of the dragon's cave, and these coins have different time denominations stamped on them, and they add those up, then divide by the Three Billy Goats Gruff, and multiply by delicious honey, which gives them an answer somewhere around hojillion, which they then take the square root of and use that result, converted down from military time, on everything you do here *nods*
At least, that's as close as I've been able to figure out.
