Oog stiff neck.

I don't actually feel as horrible as the doctor said I would. I don't hurt all over. My knee is less sore today than it was even during the night.

But damn is my neck stiff.

Put some heat on your neck, it will help.

Thank you, sweetie. I'm glad to be alive, myself. :) As for the neck, actually my RSI doc (whom I called just to update) said ice. And it does feel better. I think heat is supposed to come later, when it's just soreness and not trauma any more.
