Pepto-Bismol. And this after a lovely dinner of steamed fish and rice that my friends at the local sushi restaurant were kind enough to prepare for me. (Steamed fish is not on the menu. They like me. ;) ) *sigh* From the sublime to the ridiculous, or at least the extremely unpleasant...

Next time I will go buy Pepto liquid instead of using the tablets. The suffering ends more quickly.

I should note that the Pepto was not a consequence of the fish. My doctor suggested that Pepto might help the crampy twinges I've been having in my gut all day whenever I laugh or cough or take too deep a breath. Blarg.

But damn that fish was fine. Mmmm...
