no, I am not sorry: I hate america. why the FUCK do the rest of us allow the politicians of this country to completely fuck up the rest of our planet???????????
I just feel so stupid. I consider myself enlightened: I'm from scandinavia, damn it! then things like 9/11 happen and the world goes "woaaah" and hell breaks lose.
humans are stupid. just look at all the stupid things we are responsible for over the course of the last four millennia: one would have hoped that we had learned our lesson by now.
I try that think globally, act locally thing--locally as in, the people I meet every day. Yeah, them. I, you know, try to treat them really nicely and like they're all human and all. Usually works pretty well. BushCo should try it.
My sister knows someone who is in the special forces - he lives in Pennsylvania. A few weeks after September 11th, she told me that he had said that the administration was going after Iraq. I dismissed it at the time, thinking it was too absurd. Yes, this is hearsay, but damned if it isn't too conveniently fitting into the picture.
politics.... the death of us all.
sorry.
