It's nice to read that, whatever humans do in the blind egotism that seems so endemic to the species, nature will move right back in after we've messed things up. (With occasional exceptions for, say, extremely contaminated areas.) This article reminded me not to lose hope.

That said, we still need to oppose the current administration's crummy policies. So get active, kids.
